SEC notifies JKN to expedite the submission of 2023 rectified financial statements

Bangkok, 9 September 2025 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has instructed JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (JKN) to submit the rectified financial statements for the year 2023 that have been audited by the auditor to the SEC and publicly disclose them through the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s Electronic Listed Company Information Transmission System (SETLink) without delay. 

Earlier, the SEC notified JKN to rectify the financial statements for the year 2023 and submit the rectified financial statements that have been audited by the auditor to the SEC and simultaneously report the disclosure of related information under Section 56 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992) (SEA). Additionally, the rectified financial statements and the rectified reports must be disclosed publicly via SETLink by 11 July 2025*. Nevertheless, JKN made a request for an extension of submission deadline of the rectified financial statements and related reports, due to the necessity of conducting a special audit with an expanded scope. The SEC has therefore allowed JKN to submit and disclose publicly the rectified and audited financial statements for the year 2023 and related reports via SETLink by 9 September 2025**.

Subsequently, JKN requested a second extension of the submission deadline of its rectified financial statements for the year 2023 and related reports, citing the ongoing special audit process, which remains incomplete. Furthermore, JKN must take the results of the special audit into consideration when assessing the impact on its financial statements.

The SEC has reviewed the request and determined that JKN is in a position to complete the rectification of the financial statements within the second extension period. Moreover, financial statements constitute essential information for investors and shareholders in making investment decisions and monitoring the performance of listed companies. The SEC finds no sufficient justification to approve JKN’s request for a further extension of the submission deadline for the rectified financial statements for the year 2023 and related reports. Accordingly, the SEC has instructed JKN to expedite the submission of the financial statements and related reports, and to promptly disclose the financial statements to the public via SETLink without delay.

SEC notifies JKN to expedite the submission of 2023 rectified financial statements
