Prof. Dr. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), was invited as a guest speaker for the Capital Market Academy’s Top Executives Course (CMA Class 38), where she delivered a lecture entitled “SEC Roles and Capital Market Supervision and Development.” During the session, she shared knowledge and perspectives on the SEC’s role in supervising and developing the capital market, as well as its contribution to the country’s economic development. The audience comprised senior executives from both the public and private sectors, including representatives from economic, financial, and capital market organizations, the justice sector, academia, the media, and civil society. The lecture took place at the Capital Market Academy on 27 August 2026.
