Mr. Anan Kaewkumnoed holds a Bachelor of Laws from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Kasetsart University. He currently serves as Director of the Budget Bureau and holds board positions at the Government Pension Fund, the National Economic and Social Development Council, the Distinguished Executive Committee of the Court of Justice, the King Prajadhipok’s Institute, and the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Research and Development Fund for Public Interest. He is also an independent director of listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and a distinguished public prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General.

Mr. Chanchai Chaiprasit holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSc in Accounting) from Thammasat University, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University, and a Higher Diploma in Auditing from Thammasat University. He currently serves as Vice Chairman and President of Auditing Professions, Thailand Federation of Accounting Professions. Previously, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a major audit firm. 

Mr. Pachara Naripthaphan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Southern California, USA, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Boston University, and a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, USA. He currently serves as an Expert Member of the Board of Directors, the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion. Previously, he was Executive Advisor to Chairman of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission.
