SEC extends deadline for submitting JKN’s rectified financial statements to 9 September 2025

Friday 11 July 2025 | No. 171 / 2025

Bangkok, 11 July 2025 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the deadline for JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (JKN) to submit its rectified financial statements for the year 2023, as audited by the company’s auditor, to 9 September 2025. The extension has been granted to allow the company’s special audit to comprehensively address the issues identified by the SEC.

Earlier, the SEC notified JKN to rectify the financial statements for the year 2023 that have been audited by the auditor to the SEC and simultaneously report the disclosure of related information under Section 56 of the Securities and Exchange Act (SEA). Additionally, the rectified financial statements and the rectified reports must be disclosed publicly via the Electronic Listed Company Information System of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SETLink) by 11 July 2025*.

JKN later made a request for an extension of submission deadline of its rectified financial statements for the year 2023 because the auditor conducting a special audit is required to extend the scope of work to cover transactions related to creditors, debtors, sales and purchases of content, and other related transactions, as instructed by the SEC.

The SEC has therefore allowed JKN to submit and disclose publicly the rectified and audited financial statements for the year 2023 and related reports via SETLink by 9 September 2025.
