Bangkok, 23 December 2025 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has appointed Mr. Songyod Bunjoungmanee as Assistant Secretary-General of the Invesment Management Division, overseeing the Department of Investment Management Supervision, the Department of Investment Management Policy, and the Department of Provident Fund Policy and Registration. The appointment takes effect on 1 January 2026.  

Mr. Songyod Bunjoungmanee holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Chiang Mai University and a Master of Business Administration from Thammasat University. He previously served as Director of the Department of Corporate Finance 3, the Department of Corporate Finance – Equity 2, and the Department of Investment Management Policy.
