Bangkok, 26 March 2026 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has requested
the public prosecutor to file a petition with the Civil Court to enforce compliance against JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (JKN), the offender, in a case relating to publishing false or misleading information about JKN, as consented under the agreed civil sanctions.

Earlier, the Civil Sanction Committee (CSC) resolved to impose civil sanctions on JKN in a case relating to publishing false or misleading information about JKN, requiring payment totalling 2,062,039 baht (comprising a civil penalty and a reimbursement of investigative expenses incurred by the SEC).

In this regard, JKN agreed to comply with the civil sanctions imposed by the CSC by signing a letter of consent. However, the company failed to fully make the required payment accordingly.

The SEC has therefore submitted a request to the public prosecutor to file a petition with the Civil Court to enforce compliance in accordance with the letter of consent, seeking payment of the civil sanctions together with interest under Section 317/7 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992).
