Bangkok, 3 July 2025 – Mrs. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), announced that today the SEC Board has passed a resolution appointing three governors to the Board of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), as follows:
          (1)  Professor Kitipong Urapeepatanapong (existing SET Board governor reappointed for another term)
          (2) Ms. Penchun Jarikasem
          (3) Mr. Somchai Lertsutiwong
The newly appointed governors will serve a three-year term, effective from 5 August 2025.

In this regard, the two SET Board governors who are completing their terms this time are Professor Dr. Kittipong Kittayarak and Miss Sopawadee Lertmanaschai.
