SEC extends deadline for submitting KWI special audit report to 25 August 2025

Thursday 22 May 2025 | No. 124 / 2025

Bangkok, 22 May 2025 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the deadline for submitting a special audit report of KWI Public Company Limited (KWI) to 25 August 2025, as requested by the company. KWI is also required to disclose the report information through the Electronic Listed Company Information Transmission System of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SETLink).

Earlier, the SEC instructed KWI to conduct a special audit and submit the special audit report by 25 May 2025.* The company later requested a deadline extension to 31 August 2025 to cover the entire audit process before submitting the report to the SEC. Nevertheless, conducting a special audit is an important matter that may affect the rights and benefits of securities holders or the investment decisions of investors. The board of directors responsible for company management must expedite the process to ensure the best interests of the company and its shareholders as a whole.

The SEC has therefore instructed KWI to submit the special audit report by 25 August 2025 and simultaneously disclose the report information through SETLink.
