SEC extends deadline for submitting MVP special audit report to 31 March 2026

Bangkok, 23 January 2026 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted an extension for the submission of the special audit report to M Vision Public Company Limited (MVP), extending the deadline from 23 January 2026 to 31 March 2026. MVP is also required to publicly disclose the report via the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)’s Electronic Listed Company Information Transmission System (SETLink).  

Earlier, the SEC instructed MVP to conduct a special audit relating to transactions that raised concerns based on the auditor’s observations, the review of financial statement information, MVP’s explanations submitted to the SET, and information obtained by the SEC. MVP was initially required to submit the report within 23 January 2026* but later requested an extension to 31 March 2026 to allow additional time for the auditor to complete the review of the relevant information and supporting documents.

The SEC has approved the extension request and instructed MVP to submit the special audit report by 31 March 2026 and disclose the report via SETLink.

SEC extends deadline for submitting MVP special audit report to 31 March 2026
