SEC receives an Excellent rating in the 2025 Corruption Risk Assessment

Bangkok, 17 March 2026 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was rated at the Excellent level in the 2025 qualitative assessment of the Corruption Risk Management Systems (CRMS) conducted by the Office of the Public Sector Anti‑Corruption Commission (PACC).

 

The SEC announced that the Excellent rating under the 2025 qualitative assessment framework of the CRMS was awarded in the area of budget expenditure, specifically for the purchase, sale, and licensing of computer software under the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement.

 

With regard to the assessment results, the SEC was evaluated by the PACC to demonstrate the SEC’s commitment to advancing and prioritizing the assessment of corruption risks within the organization. The SEC was notified of the assessment results and received the Certificate of Recognition on 10 March 2026.

 

“The SEC remains firmly committed to strengthening organizational governance, promoting transparency, and ensuring corruption‑free operations, while enhancing the efficiency of its operations and service delivery. The SEC has also established action plans for continuous improvement and development to achieve its mission and better meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders on an ongoing basis,” said Mr. Anek Yooyuen, SEC Deputy Secretary‑General and Spokesperson.
