​​SEC Complaint Center is a one-stop service center for public inquiries and complaints pertaining to licensed businesses and entities in the Thai capital market. Our services include provision of information and advice on matters under the SEC's purview.

You can contact us during business hours (no lunch break). For contacts out of business hours, our staff will contact you back during the next business hours.

Should you encounter any corruption or malpractices of any SEC official,  you can lodge a complaint together with ​relevant facts and evidence via the cahnnels below (24 hours everyday).  The complaint will be handled by a special committee to ensure transparency and fairness.
