The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), led by the Capital Market Education Department, along with SEC Ambassadors and the National Saving Fund (NSF), delivered a lecture on financial literacy to 350 participating faculty members and staff of Loei Rajabhat University. Titled "Happy Money: Financial Planning from University of Happiness to University of Well-being," the lecture aimed to enhance the understanding of financial planning, saving, and investing under the Principle of Three Knows: "Know Oneself, Know Others, Know Own Risks." The event took place on 25 April 2024, at Loei Rajabhat University.
