Ms. Nopnuanparn Pavasant, Assistant Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), delivered opening remarks at the ICO Portal Compliance Meeting 2025, organized by the SEC. The meeting aimed to communicate the expectations, revised regulatory framework, and the operational guidelines for the compliance unit of ICO portals. Approximately 30 participants attended, including senior executives and officers of the SEC, as well as representatives of ICO portals. The meeting took place on 27 May 2025 at the SEC Building.
