Mrs. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), delivered a keynote address entitled “Building Trust and Powering Sustainable Growth in Thailand’s Capital Market” at the “Board & CEO Dialogue – Turning ISSB Standards into Strategic Resilience” forum. The event was jointly organized by four partner organizations: the SEC; the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET); the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA); and the Federation of Accounting Professions under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty The King (TFAC). Mrs. Varunee Pridanonda, Member of the Capital Market Supervisory Board of the SEC and Board Member and Chairman of the Accounting Systematization Committee of TFAC, also participated as a speaker, delivering a presentation entitled “From ISSB Standards to Trust and Transparency.” The forum, attended by more than 400 participants, was held at the SET on 12 March 2026.

The objective of the event was to provide a platform for exchanging views with boards of directors and executives of listed companies on integrating sustainability issues into business operations, as well as on disclosure practices in line with international standards issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
