Mrs. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Miss Chanida Klyphun, Head of Public Policy, TikTok Thailand, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in promoting financial and investment literacy, accompanied by the launch of the “Fin‑Talk with TikTok” campaign, which aims to build the capacity of financial and investment content creators and promote responsible content creation on the TikTok platform, with a focus on delivering accurate, accessible, and high-quality information to the public.

The campaign attracted 134 applicants, of whom 73 creators were selected to participate. The event took place at TikTok Thailand, Park Silom Building, on 11 June 2026.
