The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in collaboration with the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO), Ministry of Finance, organized an educational program on “Financial Planning and Deposit Protection” for 120 secondary school students from Triam Udom Suksa Pattanakarn School, Suan Luang District, Bangkok. Speakers from the SEC’s Capital Market Education Department delivered presentations on “The Role of the SEC” and “The Right Way to Start Investing.” The program aimed to raise students’ awareness of financial planning and investment from an early age through lectures and a simulated investment portfolio-building game, enabling them to apply the knowledge appropriately in the future. The event was held on 21 August 2026.
