Ms. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), attended “Professional Board Forum 2026: Advancing Professional Directorship” and delivered a keynote address entitled “The SEC’s Role in Strengthening the Performance of Thai Listed Company Boards.”

In addition, the SEC supported the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in launching the Certified Thai Director Program (CTD), developed under the Thai Director Standard (TDS). The program aims to strengthen directors’ core knowledge and expand director capability development on a wider scale through a network of SET-accredited training institutions. Distinguished capital market professionals and experts also shared their views and experiences at the event on 29 September 2026.
