The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), led by Ms. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary-General, together with Deputy Secretaries-General Ms. Jomkwan Kongsakul and Mr. Anek Yooyuen, as well as SEC executives and staff, organized a volunteer blood donation activity in observance of Navamindra Maharaj Day on 13 October 2026, Chulalongkorn Day on 23 October 2026, and the anniversary of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on 24 October 2026. A mobile unit from the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society collected blood donations at the SEC Building on 27 October 2026.

This activity formed part of the SEC’s volunteer public service and charitable activities in remembrance of the boundless royal benevolence toward the Thai people. It also reflected the

performance of duties in accordance with the spirit of the Royal Volunteer motto: “We shall do good with our hearts, and we shall live our lives with wisdom, truth, and goodness, to bring benefit to ourselves and to others completely, with constant mindfulness and never through carelessness...”
