Chairman Voravidh Champeeratana, Secretary-General Ruenvadee Suwanmongkol and the Management of the SEC extended a warm welcome to His Excellency EU Ambassador Pirkka Tapiola, EU delegation to Thailand, on the occasion of H.E. visit to the SEC Office on 9 July 2019 to share views on mutual collaboration between EU and Thailand and the SEC policy on promotion of human rights in business practice based on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), a major driving force toward business competitiveness and sustainability. The SEC also used the opportunity to update the cooperation with the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand (NHRC) and the seminar on the topic held in late May.
