5. Prescription of additional rules

The SEC is empowered to prescribe additional provisions, conditions, and procedures to protect the investors or to ensure the clarity and uniformity in operating standards in the following matters :

1) The sale, redemption, an increase or reduction of investment units of mutual fund;

2) Redemption payment in the form of securities or other assets in lieu of cash (Pay in Kind);

3) Incorrect pricing of the investment units;

4) Fees or expenses imposed on the investors;

5) Mergers or amalgamation of mutual fund;

6) Acceptance of debt repayment in the form of securities or other assets by funds.
