To promote investment in and fund-raising activities by entities with sustainability goals and strategies, with a strong focus on advancing transition finance and encouraging bond issuers to reference the ASEAN Taxonomy or Thailand Taxonomy, the SEC has waived approval and filing fees for ESG bonds. This fee waiver applies to green bonds, social bonds, sustainability bonds, and sustainability-linked bonds until 31 May 2031.
