Note: Thai Investors Association (TIA) is a minority shareholder's representative organization that acts as a shareholder of all Thai listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. TIA has been carrying out the “Quality Assurance Program for the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting (AGM) Assessment Project" since 2006. TIA realizes that to become a signatory to the I Code will support their active role in monitoring all listed companies and protecting the shareholders' rights, which further promotes the development of the capital market. The decision will also enable them to serve as a role model in supporting good governance.
